Wob-verzoek JSF

Reactie van het ministerie van Defensie op een verzoek om documenten over de Joint Strike Fighter (JSF). Bij deze reactie horen 7 bijlagen:

• Bijlage 1: Memorandum of Understanding concerning the cooperative framework for engineering and manufacturing development of the Joint Strike Fighter;
• Bijlage 2: Amendment number 4 of the Memorandum of Understanding concerning the cooperative framework for system development and demonstration of the Joint Strike Fighter;
• Bijlage 3: Amendment 9 of the Memorandum of Understanding concerning the cooperative framework for system development and demonstration of the Joint Strike Fighter;
• Bijlage 4: Memorandum of Understanding concerning the production, sustainment and follow-on development of the Joint Strike Fighter;
• Bijlage 5: Revision of Annex A of the Memorandum of Understanding concerning the production, sustainment and follow-on development of the Joint Strike Fighter;
• Bijlage 6: Side letter;
• Bijlage 7: Antwoorden op kamervragen over de operationele soevereiniteit van Nederland ten aanzien van de JSF.
