I stand here today, humbled by history. Humbled by the enormity of what happened here, at this bridge, in this city of Nijmegen. Humbled by the actions of thousands of soldiers from the United States and the United Kingdom, alongside those from other Allied nations. They took on a task almost too great to comprehend.
