Comparative Inventory of Silencio Positivo

Timely decision making by administrative authorities is considered to be a problem in many cases. In a letter to the Dutch parliament of 18 December 20071 the State Secretary of Economic Affairs presented the opinion of the Dutch government on the lex silencio positivo explaining its view on Lex Silencio Positivo, a system of administrative decision making by default.
