National programme for spatial adaptation to climate change

The space in the Netherlands must be adapted such that the effects of climate change are "acceptable". After all, we cannot eliminate them. The ultimate goal of The National Programme for Spatial Adaptation to Climate Change (ARK) is to climate proof the spatial planning in the Netherlands.
