Chris Howell appointed as Chairman Maxeda DIY Group

We are pleased to announce the appointment of Chris Howell to the role of Non Executive Chairman of Maxeda DIY Group commencing March, 2015. Chris is a highly experienced Chairman having led and supported numerous private and publicly listed companies in an executive, non-executive and
advisory capacity. Chris is currently Chairman of the Oceanico Group, a market leading leisure group with golf, beach and leisure resorts in Portugal and the USA. He is also Non Executive Director of the Moran Bewleys Hotel Group.
Chris succeeds Tony DeNunzio who resigned as Non Executive Chairman of Maxeda DIY Group. Tony DeNunzio joined Maxeda in 2005.
