Op vrijdag 24 juni 2011 om 16.15 uur precies zal Prof.dr. Guus Extra hoogleraar Taal- en Literatuurwetenschap, met nadruk op Taal en Minderheden, een openbaar afscheidscollege geven, getiteld: De omgang met taaldiversiteit in de multiculturele samenleving: Nederland in internationaal vergelijkend perspectief
in de aula van de Universiteit van Tilburg, Warandelaan 2, Tilburg. De Rector Magnificus nodigt alle belangstellenden uit tot het bijwonen van deze rede. Na afloop receptie in de Portrettenzaal.

On Friday 24 June 2011 at exactly 4.15 p.m. Prof. Guus Extra professor of Linguistics and Literature, with a focus on Language and Minorities, will deliver his valedictory address, entitled: Responding to language diversity in the multicultural society: the Netherlands in international comparative perspective in the auditorium of Tilburg University, Warandelaan 2, Tilburg. You are cordially invited by the Rector Magnificus to attend this ceremony. The inaugural address will be followed by a reception in the Portrait Room.
Professors are welcome to join the cortege (preferably bringing their own gowns). They are expected in the gown room at 4.00 p.m. at the latest.
