BT uitgeroepen tot belangrijkste wereldwijde telecomdienstverlener doo
AMSTERDAM, 20090930 -- BT Global Services is door analistenbureau Ovum benoemd tot `global leader of global leaders'. Ovum onderzocht in het Enterprise Strategy Scorecard-rapport bedrijven in de telecomsector en concludeert dat BT Global Services de belangrijkste speler is en voorloopt op concurrenten in de Verenigde Staten en Europa.
Ovum onderzocht vier bedrijfsonderdelen; marktimpact, gebruikerservaringen, financiële prestaties en strategische visie. Per bedrijf heeft Ovum bekeken hoe ze de afgelopen 12 maanden op deze onderdelen hebben gescoord en hoe ze naar verwachting het komend jaar zullen scoren. BT scoort van de onderzochte bedrijven het hoogst in alle categorieën. Ovum concludeert dat BT marktleider is op het gebied van productinnovatie en de service die zij bieden aan multinationals en overheidsinstellingen wereldwijd.
