Schema Announces the Appointment of Mr. Menahem Tirosh as CEO

HERZLIA, Israel, June 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Schema, Ltd, an industry leading global provider of network
optimization software solutions for telecommunications operators, announced
today the appointment of Mr. Menahem Tirosh as its Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Tirosh succeeds Dr. Ben Dov who led Schema for nine years
and established the company as a leading global provider of network
optimization software for cellular operators. Mr. Menashe Ezra, Chairman of
the Board of Schema, thanked Dr. Ben-Dov for his "vigorous leadership,
financial expertise and tireless commitment that transformed a small start-up
into a stable, profitable company with a broad client base and a competitive

Mr. Tirosh most recently served as the CEO of Outsmart, a
leading company in the Fixed Mobile Convergence market. Mr. Tirosh also
served as Vice President of Technology and Engineering at Partner
Communications (Orange Israel) and prior to that served for many years
directing strategic telecommunications activities in the military. Mr. Tirosh
will use his experience and understanding of cellular and telecom operators
to expand Schema's product offering and continue the company's growth.
For the past six weeks Mr. Tirosh has worked closely with Dr.
Ben-Dov to assure a smooth transition. On assuming the position of CEO, Mr.
