We are now representing all client limit orders (that meet certain
criteria), in the Bulletin Board marketplace, in a manner that we
believe will transform that marketplace into a more transparent venue.
We believe this transparency meets our client's needs, and understand

Consistent with our embracement of automation, in addition to
continuing to provide automated Bulletin Board executions up to
certain parameters, the representation of customer orders will be
performed by our Order Management System on an automated basis as
well.
