Salesforce.com (NYSE: CRM), technologie- en marktleider in on demand customer relationship management (CRM), kondigt vandaag aan dat 10.700 klanten en 161.000 betalende abonnees vanaf 30 juni 2004 gebruik maken van salesforce.com s succesvolle customer relationship management (CRM) dienst. In de eerste 60 dagen van het tweede fiscale kwartaal heeft het bedrijf 900 klanten en 14.000 betalende abonnees opgetekend.
Salesforce.com heeft CRM gedemocratiseerd, zegt Marc Benioff, voorzitter en CEO van salesforce.com. Bedrijven van elke omvang, van klein tot groot, ervaren CRM-succes met salesforce.com. De wereld verschuift naar een on demand-omgeving. Saleforce.com is technologie- en marktleider geworden in on demand CRM door zich continue te richten op het succes van elke individuele klant.
