TIBCO SOFTWARE STELT NIEUWE GENERAL MANAGER BENELUX AAN

Ronald Otten zal TIBCO s uitbreiding in de Benelux aansturen

21 augustus 2002 - TIBCO Software Inc., een toonaangevende aanbieder van totale bedrijfsintegratie-oplossingen, heeft Ronald Otten aangesteld als General Manager Benelux. Otten zal verantwoordelijk worden voor alle algemene- en salesactiviteiten in Nederland, België en Luxemburg. Daarnaast zal hij ook het personeel in TIBCO's kantoren in Brussel en Rotterdam gaan aansturen.

Voordat hij bij TIBCO in dienst trad, heeft Otten bij Baan gewerkt, een leverancier van bedrijfsapplicaties in Nederland. Bij Baan heeft Otten verschillende sales management functies bekleed. Voor hij bij Baan in dienst trad heeft Otten bij Control Data gewerkt als sales representative. Daar was hij verantwoordelijk voor de CAD/CAM verkoop.

"TIBCO s klantenbestand in de Benelux bestaat al uit bedrijven zoals Belgacom, Interbrew, KPN, Philips en Proximus," zei Ronald Otten. "Desalniettemin heeft de markt in de Benelux nog steeds een groot groeipotentieel en biedt het voldoende mogelijkheden om TIBCO's positie in de verticale markten te versterken. Het is mijn missie om dit te bewerkstelligen."
